Business & customer service

Toy Yorkies Atl provides Yorkshire Terrier breeding and puppy placement, dog grooming, and dog boarding in the Atlanta area.

Puppy deposits, returns & refunds

Any reservation deposit amount, puppy price, and pickup arrangements will be provided in writing before payment. Deposits are credited toward the puppy's purchase price.

If a customer cancels a puppy reservation, the deposit is nonrefundable. If Toy Yorkies Atl cannot provide the reserved puppy, the customer may choose a full refund of amounts paid for that puppy or agree in writing to another puppy.

After a puppy goes home, returns and refunds are not offered for a change of mind. If a customer can no longer care for the puppy, contact Toy Yorkies Atl to discuss safe return or rehoming arrangements; contacting us does not guarantee a refund.

Toy Yorkies Atl offers a one-year puppy health guarantee. The guarantee lasts one year from the date the puppy goes home and covers congenital or hereditary conditions that materially affect the puppy’s health and are diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian during that period. Contact us promptly after diagnosis and provide veterinary findings and relevant records. For a confirmed covered claim, we will offer a replacement puppy when available or a refund of the puppy purchase price, with the resolution and any return arrangements documented in writing. The guarantee does not cover accidents, injuries, neglect, routine care, or conditions unrelated to a congenital or hereditary defect. Veterinary bills and transportation expenses are not reimbursed under this guarantee. It does not guarantee adult size, color, or temperament. A written agreement confirming these terms will be provided before payment. These policies do not limit rights required by applicable law.

Grooming & boarding cancellations

Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled grooming appointment or boarding check-in to receive a full refund of any payment made for the canceled service.

For cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice or no-shows, any booking deposit is nonrefundable; other prepaid amounts for services not provided will be refunded. Any required deposit and its amount will be disclosed before payment.

If Toy Yorkies Atl cancels and the customer does not accept a rescheduled service, payments for the canceled service will be refunded in full. Changes to boarding dates and early pickup must be discussed and confirmed directly; any price change must be agreed in writing.

Refund requests & disputes

Email your name, payment date, service or puppy reservation, amount paid, and reason for the request. Include relevant receipts or veterinary records when applicable; do not email full card details.

Toy Yorkies Atl will review the request against the agreed purchase or service terms and explain the decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.

Contact us with service concerns so we can discuss a resolution. Customers retain any rights to raise a payment dispute with their bank or payment provider; contacting us first is encouraged but is not a condition of those rights.

Pricing & payments

All prices are in United States dollars (USD). Listed puppy prices apply to the puppy only. Any applicable taxes, delivery fees, deposits, and remaining balance will be itemized before payment. Grooming and boarding prices are quoted individually and confirmed before booking. This website does not collect card information or accept payments. Do not send card numbers by email or through an inquiry. Payment instructions will be provided separately after availability and the purchase or service terms are confirmed.

Puppy pickup & delivery

Local pickup in the Atlanta area is arranged by appointment. Puppies do not go home before eight weeks of age; the actual go-home date depends on the puppy’s readiness and will be confirmed in writing before payment. The four-week-old puppies shown on this site are available for reservation inquiries, not immediate pickup.

Domestic delivery may be arranged only after we confirm that the destination and transportation arrangements can be accommodated. Delivery method, timing, fee, and any destination requirements will be quoted and agreed in writing before payment. Delivery fees are separate from the puppy purchase price. International shipping and export are not offered. If delivery cannot be arranged, we will discuss pickup or another agreed option before accepting payment for that arrangement.

If an agreed delivery is canceled by Toy Yorkies Atl and no alternative is accepted, payments for the undelivered puppy and canceled delivery will be refunded. Contact us about customer-requested changes before travel arrangements are made; any nonrecoverable transportation costs must be disclosed and agreed in advance.

Legal & export restrictions

Puppy placements and services are offered within the United States only. International shipping and export are not offered. Any applicable destination and transportation requirements must be confirmed before delivery arrangements are accepted.

Promotions

Any future promotion will state its offer, dates, eligibility, applicable services or puppies, redemption requirements, and exclusions before purchase. Discounts cannot be combined unless the specific offer permits it. No promotion is advertised on this website at this time.

Booking & purchase terms

An inquiry does not reserve a puppy or confirm an appointment. Availability, price, payment schedule, pickup or delivery details, and any care requirements will be confirmed directly in writing before payment. Puppy size, adult weight, and temperament cannot be guaranteed.
