Information you provide

When you contact Toy Yorkies Atl, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, pet information, requested dates, and pet medical or care needs. Provide only information needed for your inquiry or service. Do not send payment-card numbers, government identification, or unrelated sensitive personal information through these forms.

How the forms work

Our inquiry forms prepare a message in your email application. The message reaches us only when you send it. These forms do not submit information to a website database or confirm a reservation. Your email provider also processes the message under its own privacy terms.

How we use information

We use information to answer inquiries, confirm availability and pricing, arrange puppy placements or services, understand pet care needs, keep transaction records, and resolve customer concerns. We do not sell customer information or use inquiry information for unrelated marketing without consent.

Service providers & disclosure

Information may be handled by our email provider and, where needed, providers assisting with an agreed payment, delivery, or service. We share only information needed for that purpose. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or to address fraud, safety, or a dispute.

Website hosting & cookies

This site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, and request logs to operate and secure the website. We have not added advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or customer-profile cookies to this site.

Retention & your requests

We retain communications and service records as needed to fulfill requests, maintain transaction records, address disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided. Some records may need to be retained for legal or transaction-related reasons.
